solid choice for park visits
clean room separate bedroom efficient staff
The room was clean. it was spacious and comfortable with two separate bedrooms. the hotel was easy to navigate. The shuttle service was easy to access. the staff was warm and efficient ensuring any needs were swiftly met.
the tv volume did not increase sufficiently, i needed subtitles to understand content.

blood stain uncleanliness
The shuttle service to the parks was acceptable. It was frequent enough.
I had a problem with cleanliness. There was a brown stain on the wall, and i found a blood stain on the bedsheets only when i was about to leave. Quite disgusting. I hope the staff improves this

cardboard pizza expensive parking
The early park access was a joke. I basically got to stand in line with slightly fewer people. the food court reminded me of a poorly organized cafeteria. i waited 20 minutes for a pizza and it tasted like cardboard, though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. paying extra for package handling felt insulting.

regular buses efficient check-in food court
The location is convenient with regular buses to theme parks every fifteen minutes. the hotel features a good food court. I especially liked the breakfast options. i found the check-in process easy and efficient (it took only a few minutes).
i noticed the room lacked a bit of soundproofing, as some outside noise was audible.

ample space separate room convenient table food quality high cost unpleasant pancakes
the suite offered ample space for a family. a separate room and a table with chairs were very convenient. i also appreciated the microwave and refrigerator for handling breakfast items.
the food quality did not meet my expectations overall. i thought the food was expensive, considering the quality. even simple items like pancakes were not enjoyable (i was really hoping for better).

early access large pool friendly staff
The resort provided early access to the Harry Potter area. The pool was large and included underwater music. The staff at the Starbucks on site were friendly.
